I think it was one of those cases where chin is so deformed that you need to argument it instead of doing osteotomy

Yeah he said in other post that after bimax is upper lip looked even more chimp like. So he got paransal.

To be honest I was kinda suprised that people here think its a botch. I mean I don't really like Giant but here a guy went from barely any mandible lenght to classical ante-face.
