7000 calories every day
350g of protein
750g of carbs
252g of fats

been gradually starting, started from 3500 calories 5 days ago then added few meals and snacks everyday till i got my liking
taking cyproheptadine everyday to get horse-like appetite

after i get used to this diet and my training, i'll start taking sarms, my prediction is i will do this in late january/start of february, the "golden stack" which is 10mg rad140, 10mg mk677 and 5mg lgd4033 for 2 months

will do an update ofc

yh same dude but i bulked to 95kg eating 4-5k cals a day
if i see fat more, i'll lower that shit a bit
i also want to eat 7k cal while on sarms to get the most out of it iykwim

its wated money tbh. thats why 300-400 cal surplus exists. it will be 70-90% fat eating in that large of a surplus. getting the mot out of it would be doing it by the book and eating right

i just made my own diet/routine rq, i got to the grocery story and kept checking for cals protein shit i needed
my breakfast alone is almost 3k calories and makes me wanna throw up

make sure you're training is on point and you're actually stimulating the muscle because all those calories will go to waste

if you want you're training to be dialed in i suggest you follow paul carter on instagram, he gives quality info on training

also 350 grams of protein is not needed what so ever, 250 is enough for 99.99 of lifters

Giga bulk is a meme,you will gain 85% fat and 15% muscle,and that in the best case,if you progressive overload

your body has a limit of how much mass can add in a period of time,adding more calories will just make you fat
 
training almost every day so don't worry
it doesn't really matter

more isn't always better because natty recovery is hella slow thats why i hit everything once a week

once you add sarms you can do whatever the fuck you want

my main goal is to be consistenet with my diet and do it almost everyday
then when i get on sarms is really the cheat code, just look at that dummie pneumo, nigga was eating 1000 cal a day traiining didn't get shit, got on sarms and was eating 3500 cal and boom, got 12kg in 6 weeks

now imagine me, doing a good diet and good training before during and after sarms

i legit will have a mogger body by june 2024
