the photo is clearly taken from above so she has to look up, which makes u hide like half of your eyelid.
She has thick eyebrows which is a nice contour, and long thick eyelashes which makes her eyes pop, and again covers eyelid.
If you have okay eye shape, you can easily recreate this. Maybe I'm wrong?

that brow shape and density gotta be genetic i dont think minox could do that and the lashes are crazy
