I think if Ellie wasn't meant to be pretty and modeled after Ellen Page (who was pretty at the time) I doubt I'd care
I mean I've watched stuff with ugly women as leading characters before
But the fact Ellie does look that way in TLOU and then you see who they cast to play her, and it just completely turns me off from the show
