Add avocado oil to pan
Once oil is hot add onions
Let them cook for 2 min on med high and then add garlic
Sautee for 2-3 more min
Add chicken
Cook for 2 3-4 min
Add chopped tomatoes
Cook until its done
Serve over rice

Put all the spices you have and some yogurt on the chicken and throw them in the air fryer I do that on most days tbh
Instead of rice I do tortillas
