I’m not trying to brag politely or something but being 6ft+ and hideous, disfigured basically makes you look like a creep and dangerous. I don’t even look at girls I just avoid them

I’ve tried everything from acting gay but I can tell they are disgusted by me. I’m going to try basic improvements like losing weight and developing my skincare routine since those two should make me look more youthful. I’m 15 but I have facial hair and look 20+

I really don’t want to end up an ogre bro. If I do all this things I should look my age and be mostly fine
