Yeah but having a spine and not taking disrespect from women, not simping, not chasing, not putting in too much effort, is already considered 'dark-triad' to unsocialized people.
Just like flirting and making sexual remarks (in the right situation/context) is considered being a player/fuckboy by unsocialized people.

This form of 'dark-triad' is liked by most women, and a lot of men don't show what is essentially healthy and normal behavior anymore.
