Plenty of girls with decent faces get implants too. I know a girl in my circle who has a decent face, but had a completely fucked up ribcage. Deformed as fuck. Got that fixed through surgery and got tittie implants. I also know a chadlite friend with the same chest deformity.

This is why you should just surgerymax if you have to. Plenty of gl people have or had completely fucked up weird shit going on in other places. Nowadays they life happy lives thanks to braces, surgery, blackpilled parents. They would have been close to truecells a couple of decades ago.
