properly buff is ideal, regardless of frame, but body as a whole is much less important than people think

2 things
First of he is a genetic anamoly he is something far beyond what we have seen in pretty much everything especially strength very kind of you to put him as an example it's like saying 6'3 isn't tall just bcoz 7' nba stats exist

Second I had been that huge buff guy at 18-20% bf with 16.5 inch arms cold i weighed north of 200lbs and dudes were mirin me now that I did a cut and lost all that fat I feel so much better my athleticism is genuinely much better my relative strength in pull-ups has skyrocketed and I get 10x more iois my face changed so much

It is very hard to have objectively big arms and lean even with steroids .. it takes a hell lot of cycles and is not acheivable natty at the first place
