Being lean (sub 10%) is more important than having muscles, but having both (natty) is ideal for most girls.

You have to remember that the leaner you are, the less muscle you'll have naturally. So lifting is even more important the leaner you get just to not look skinnyfat, and not look like a skeleton.

Reminder this thread is former gymcels coping because they left the gym after months or years of dedication from laziness and now need to find excuses etc

It’s the opposite, the only people who disagree are gymcels who don’t want to feel like all this time they spent in the gym was a waste of time

To what? It depends. If you look like Chico Lachowski, you can get away with it. But they still prefer muscular builds. That's clear from many gymcelling experiments.
