In girls group, the smallest girl is never the leader, the tallest is. It's not like american movies.
Why is that so ? Because height IS domonance. It works the same in male groups, the tallest male will usually be the most respected.
Dominance and masculinity = what girls looks for in a relationship. That means low pitched voice, good face and jawline, good and healthy muscular body, but most of all, height.
