No its not, its pretty bad drawn. You need to take the iris size and divide by 2, then start from there. Do the same with the other iris size and its the horizontal end. After that u need to measure the pupil vertically in 2, then do the same with the other pupil, add the result from both and divide by 2 then start from there. Then take all until the cupid bows.

This way of measuring is exactly good for what. You measure first one eye and then the other, find the midtern between the two. But a 0.95 midface ratio isnt bad in fact when you measure celebs 99% of them are in the 0.9 to 1 range, its very rare to be 1 or more (Dicaprio is an example)
