if there isnt a 10/10 then you cant divide 10/2 and get a perfect 5/10 as a middle for all average people. it has to be below that to account for realistic scale to be a 1-9.5 or so. this is just rough example. also your photos messed up with htns being CL CL being htns and chads meing htns.
