Give advice please

I was told that the only thing holding me back from being HTN was my eyes, I don't want to get surgery because I don't agree with it, is there anything I can do to mask it / make it better so I can reach HTN? (This doesnt just have to be with eyes, give me any advice that would help me ascend, other than roids and surgery.)

Its not your eyes. Your nose's middle point is uneven. Your lips are uneven. And your philtrum is weird. But all this said,you are easily htn.

htn, problem is most def not the eyes, just a little bit uncanny in the nose area, might be a bit too small? nothing you can do about that though
