Use a longer hairstyle (idk what you have under the bonnet), will help with the ears and overall face shape. Your infras are pretty recessed and you mandible is pretty downgrown. You could try and smash the infras to remedy that or use volufiline. For the mandible surgery is pretty much the only solution. You would need something like a mandibular angle reduction and maybe a chin implant. You're jaw is also pretty narrow so probably also some gonial implants. I'm not too knowledgeable about surgeries though so do research.
