There’s a few things I could do like getting shredded and growing out my hair among other things which could raise me to LMTN at best but tbh I don’t have one single good feature. Eye area, nose, hair (super short here but my type is 3C so it’s just curly as fuck and I can’t style it anyhow), bone structure, all my features are just trash so I got nothing to carry me.

There isn’t much u can do for infras I think softmaxwise, plus almost everyone has somewhat recessed infras so it don’t matter that much, your whole nose structure is very unique, wide even alar base in the whole region, it’s not that the tip only its bulbous, the tip is actually very well shaped and non bulbous just wide, and your nostrils are well shaped too,your zygos are wide, and your lips see nicely shaped too, idk what you could do for the nose tbh, but your hair is curly so that’s nice, you can maybe try and grow it maybe it takes attention away from nose, but it can also work against you since your jaw is slightly narrow already and wide zygos might make your jaw appear even mor narrow
