Shit it seems like you have underbite there boyo, begin saving for surgery down there (seriously, that could be a big improvement).

Get that prepubescent moustache shaved, don't grow a beard/moustache unless you can do it proper. You should try to get longer hair to cover that 4(+) finger forehead. Also do some neck training, that can never go wrong.

As always mew if you aren't already and personally I would recommend bonesmashing to anyone.

i prefer clean shaven with good bones rather than beardmaxx all the time, because it seems like 99% of guys also grow beards to hide their subhumanity, you want to stand out and be unique

ur not 3-4 . 3-4 would be ugly .
iwould say 7-8 u are . Height is a big + also note ur 19 . ur still developing for many more years to come. . u can even grow taller. IMO get rid of the pre wiz khalifa hair. Grow it out & cut the sides or maybe just get dreads because girls like those i think. I used to have short hair like this but i got tired of it. Also Ppl underestimate the teddy bear nose. I wish i had a teddy bear nose.
