What matters actually is your bones that make yoy wide. Clavicles, scapula and wrists. Thats why you should train only the muscles surrounding them

Building your legs helps with looks because strong legs make your whole body look more balanced and powerful. Having more muscle overall (especially in your legs, which are a big muscle group) boosts your metabolism, lets you eat more, and fills out your frame better. This makes you look leaner, more athletic, and more proportional—key traits that improve your appearance. Skipping leg day can make your upper body look too big and unbalanced, which hurts your overall look
 
cardio is good training legs is not important
 
Just train legs once a week so they aren’t disproportionate.

Cardio for roiders to avoid metabolic issues.


People don’t like leg day because they primarily train legs via whole body compound lifts like powerlifting squats that are very taxing on the CNS. You won’t mind it if you do isolation movements.

If your goal is not mass, and instead trying to keep your boyish looks to attract women (which can only continue for so long), then you don't have to do them. It's important to have overall strength in your legs. It improves your balance and cushions your legs from injury. Many major upper body lifts, like the OHP, the bench press, and all types of rows, are limited by unstable, untrained lower bodies.

I know less about cardio, but I think it's important at a functional level to be able to run faster than others. Can you outrun a criminal trying to attack you? I understand that cardio increases cortisol, especially an excessive amount, but being able to run quickly is useful enough to make that concern minimal to me.

It's important to have overall strength in your legs.
For who? Yourself? Jfl no thanks. Just age my body and spike my cortisol for no benefits. Lats, delts and neck and forearms maybe. Thats it

not really a looksmax but if ur a athlete its s tier
other then trying to be fast u don't really need a lot of leg work
