I use braces every night to keep my teeth in position because i had fixed braces. Can i grow my maxilla nevertheless? Rn i am mewing ( keep right toung placement) and only nose breath even when doing cardio. Thx for answer

Ik i have a long face but not that crazy i have seen way longer ones. But full lips like i have make you looks better imo
