its just what you do in the morning vs night usually people have 2 separate ones, for me using water cleared up my acne and moisturizer + sunblock is for anti aging

Morning: Facial cleanser, cold water(for decreased puffiness), moisturizer, Sunscreen(if you are going to be outside)

Afternoon(only if you have very dry skin): Cold water, moisturizer

Night: Cold water, moisturizer

Don't forget to take care of your hands and forearms also
It's important to always wash your hand and face before you are going to touch it and apply all of these stuff

Don't eat carbs or sugar
Cerave foaming cleanser in the morning
Apply vitamin C serum to your face
Cerave SA cream after you clean your face so it's not dry af. There's a bunch of supplements you can add to this too but I'll keep it simple
