Aqualyx definitely works, you might need more then one Session, but I wouldnt do it at 15 man. Also Not Filler, you barely even started puberty Bro. Your bones will grow on their own and Face fat will Change a Bit too the Next few years. You should Focus on optimizing Health and nutrition, this still has a big impact at your age. Reconsider this if youre like 17-18.

thats what I meant when I said you should wait until 17-18. you cant really tell yet at your age. For me im at like 10-12% bf, but a slight fat layer stays in my cheeks, probably would go if I went to like 8% but that is just not really sustainable all year round and Not optimal for hormones if your Natural for Most people. Your Best guess now is looking at your Family/parents. How their fat is distributed. Really dont want to recommend you Doing this at 15 but a mild Session probably wont „botch“ you or anything. Just dont overdo it and wait the Full 8 weeks, since results come Slow.

Check from 3/4 angle, if your zygo is portruding out and it goes back in below that means you are a good candidate for hollow cheeks and fat dissolving especially if your maxilla has forward projection. Als your mandible has the highest probability to still grow. It can grow Till 20 for some people, for example I had Most of my bone growth Happening from 16-18. those Are the years that changed my Face from Child to man. If you are still not sure you can pm me a pic (Front, Side, 3/4 angle) and I can Tell you if you have good zygo or are recessed
