4.3 heres some flaws and fixes:
1. Extreme chapped lips, hydrate and use a balm
2. Wide cranium, grow hair out over forehead more
3. Patchy brows, dye + minoxidil or castor oil
4. Wide nose and protruding ears, rhinoplasty + otoplasty
5. Pale skin with redness, beta carotene, lp b5 balm and tan.
