I mean you really can’t. I guess the softest thing you could do would be getting fillers but they migrate and dont actually fully desolve so I would hope no one would ever get fillers.

I think you could be really handsome with double jaw ccw rotation and custom midface, jaw and cheekbone implants.

I think other guy means hyoid like underside neck bone which can be bad independent of jaws recession but I don’t think that is the case. I think he is mixing up thyroid and hyoid.

you mean like your overbite? You can have an overbite and both jaws can still be recessed.

Im talking about in relation to what could be not in relation to current structures.
