17 year old 1.78-1.79cm 70kg
Currently on 1.5-2mg of Ghk-Cu, whole food nutrient dense diet with casually cheating on weekends just pouring in goyslop. 2.5% benzolperoxide with 0.3 adapalene 5 times a week. Got myself Accutane now, it arrives on monday. Thinking about starting on 20mg daily since im a athlete in combat sports and constantly in preperation almost fighting every month so it‘s not a option for me to go higher dosage since i can‘t allow the Recovery side effects.
Thinking about Reta since my bone structure ain’t all too bad i’d say.
But i fuck it up due to blasting 400g sugar and 5k calories every sunday. Also thinking about mt1 pursuing a lighter natural tan (need help with dosing there aswell) . Im kind of into no fap, always couple weeks on but my libido just shoots out the roof at some point where i just nut in my sleep
so then i get it done once and go back to no fap so not really long time frames. Im avaiable to pussy if i’d need it but im not tryna deal with that shit at the moment, my life is full enough right now.
My sleep is Petty Poor only getting like 5 Hours of sleep every night due to my schedule. Im capable of cutting down body fat and bloat through diet since im used to it from cutting weight for competition but i just love food too much to maintain. So for that cause what would yall say? Reta yes or no and if yes what dosis? im not tryna cut down fast and alot im tryna get lean over a time period where im comfortable with eating for training keeping energy high and then maintaininc the leanness.
Taking all of this into considering give me a rating and potential and help me out man im tryna mog…
