I am looking for advice, surgery is not an option right now because of my age maybe in a few years I can consider it.

The X-ray picture is my post lower jaw surgery (for health purposes not cosmetic) and this was taken about 1,5 years ago
My biggest problems right now are my eye bags (maybe recessed infra orbitals), bone structure, bf% and my hair in my opinion.

could maybe ascend you to mid - high mtn if your bones are good you might be holding alot of water in your face aswel

I am focussing on diet so that will go away if there is still face fat I will use aqualyx you can see my bones in the x ray

im not sure about reta tbh. maybe you want to consider HGH176-191 or like simpler GLP-1 poducts

Go to a doc and check ur test. If its below avrg get TRT and get lean.

If you’re going to hop on Reta which you really don’t need to take test with it otherwise you’re murdering your natural T. I’m assuming you’re taking Reta to get to like 7% bf which again kills T. You’d be better getting to like 12% BF naturally and if you don’t like it run a Reta stack but that’s just me IG

I will be using reta to get to around 10-12% bodyfat indeed the reason I am thinking of using reta is because of my insane metabolism I lose weight very fast and that’s also a lot of muscle the muscle I worked hard for so I will be using reta to keep my muscle mass while getting lean.

The surgery is 1,5 years ago I’m a kick-boxer and never had any problem even though taking a lot of shit to the face lmao, docter said it’s fine to so shouldn’t be a problem.
