Give me advice for skin(face general)

please just please i look at my face everyday so often i want to change everything possible but mostly my skin idk what i should do with it i never had pimples but since i turned 16 all these pimples just spawned. I don‘t use any snincare ever.

wash your face in the morning and at night, cerave cleansers work well tapered to your skin type. make sure to dry your face by patting down with a fresh towel, never drag or rub and make sure to moisturize generously afterwards. staying hydrated is key and don't eat shit foods that are gonna cause your pimples. you can consider swapping your pillow case every week as well as it gets dirty pretty quickly which can lead to pimples. remember to limit the touching of your face because your hands are the number one spreaders of germs. don't pick or pop at your pimples and if you are gonna pop one, wash hands before and after and don't use excessive force. at your age a lot of it is gonna be hormonal so it may be tougher to get rid of them but im sure if you follow some regiment it'll get much better.
