OP Give me advice on how to ascend to HTN

I started as a sub 5 (1st pic) and have been soft maxing for about 6 months, (last 3 pics is me currently.) I would say I’m a Mtn at best, and want to reach htn. Is it possible to reach htn? If so what are the best methods?
