You desperately need to grow the front of your hair and get a rhinoplasty, you can cope with hydrocortisone for the nose, hydroquinone for skin, minoxidil for eyebrows dye them dark then shape them

You have small eyes so get smaller glasses, you can google the correct lens fit online and follow that chart, just pick something that suits your face shape and matches your undertone. Don't go for something too blocky. Grow your hair out rn but get some texturising products like sea salt spray and hair clay. Once it's at a good length get some layers the fringe suits you but get a lighter fringe somewhat like a modcut, you can try a middle part if you want too. Hop on tret and stuff for skin
