yea my nose size, shape ,and how my chin dosnt line up with my upper lip bothers me. idk about double jaw i was thinking about getting a nose job or shave it down but im not knowledgeable on any of this stuff. but is double jaw really necessary? i thought that was for like subhumans, disformities, and like breathing.

Scratch that, I would suggest bimax because both ur upper ans lower jaws are recessed

i also have a pretty bad over bite and my pallate is narrow im going to the orthodontist in january
