if u pull birds dont get rid of the scouse trim, but if u dont grow it out and use products like clay or sea salt spray
also dont use shampoo alot and if ur hair is acc falling out use minoxidll and finasturide ( if ur 16+ )

Get some aqualyx for those cheeks of yours and oral minoxidl for all hair. And yeah grow your hair out. If you dont know how to get oral minoxidl just get topical. If you dont want to use melanotan thru your nose or inject it get tinted spf for the time being
