Also implants won't look good if you do not need more width

If you have a narrow jaw, you should ascend with them

Just do jaw angles and genio

Why not chin implant instead of genio
You use implants only if you can't use your bones. Genio = your bones

Implants = something that is not your bones

Do your own research, brat.

There's no reason that angle implants should be better than wraparound. Wraparounds only have a bad reputation because some people who are extremely recessed use it to try and mask their recession.

I have a similar jaw and chin as lucky blue smith and I would probably get called recessed here by retards

… he is in fact recessed.

Chin implants are more permanent than fillers but chin implants still run the risk of eroding over time along with taking some of your chin bone away with it. If you can afford genio I'd go with genio.

Would surgeon even be willing to perform genio on you if you aren't medically recessed?
Also what exactly does it even do? Just move the chin forward or the entire jaw?

Genioplasty only advances the chin and not the jaw. It's purely a cosmetic surgery that any normie can get. From what I hear it's the reason genio isn't included with bimax covered by insurance and also why genio alone can't be covered by insurance.
