first thing i would do would fix ur skin, The obvious would be to take Accutane. I would really recommend accutane because ur nose to mouth ratio pretty dog. u got lowset cheekbones. Prettt sure ur on the chubbier side so u should prob shred down. also train ur neck makes u seem more masc. u can def tell u got asymmetry. There are a bunch of botb threads that can help u with whatever u need.
