  5. 25mg anavar ED

mitigating sides:​

Post workout / with lunch:​

  8. Selenium
  9. Fish oil

With dinner:​


  1. Magnesium
  2. calcium

  4. Vitamin E
  5. lactoferin
  6. Collagen protein shake

Sleep stack:​

  3. 5mg glycine
