I have been on a 1 meal a day diet for 4 weeks and have lost close to 10 pounds. Although I see my weight changing on the scale I see no different with my looks.
I was 156 lbs now I am 146.5 (I know it's not a big change}, also I am 5'7"
Where do yall get your motivation from ? because I am lacking that right now lol
Ps: I do cardio 4 times a day aiming to burn 2500 cal a day (on average) tracked with my watch
