Give me no bullshit advice on debloating

I only look debloated if I do sports without eating, or drink heavily, or drink a lot of caffeine along with showering and blood flow ecercises. But besides that, Im bloated 24/7 despite being low bodyfat. What should I do? I cant rely on alcohol to debloat long term.

And yes, I know about the potassium-sodium ratio and I consume lots of potassium and still look bloated. Only if I use a diuretic I look lean finally.

Another option would be to eat low carb, makes me look lean, but I can do that only while dieting, not right now when I lean bulk.

how are your sodium levels? salt, sauces, other condiments that have salt..
 
what I do
No creatine, no salt, no sauces, no processed meat or other shit and no pasta. That works for me, although if I go overboard with the carbs it won't matter.
I also drink ALOT of water. If u are dehydrated ur face actually holds water. I always have water with me.
Also get in enough potassium, it helps too
Do you use androgens? If so you want to keep your estrogen in check.

I’m pretty sure a lot of it is genetics and zygo, maxillary and mandibular projection
But I think the sodium/potassium balance in ur system plays a decent role.
My finding is that generally if you don’t have the structure to support hollow cheeks and you get them you’ll generally look worse off

Average I would say, I dont consume salt but I eat bacon, tuna, and other stuff that may contain salt.

Yeah I use T, but my estrogen is not sky high, its in the range it should be. Would no creatine make a difference? If u arent overdoing it, it shouldnt bloat you since it only stores water in muscles.

bacon contains alot of salt, it bloats me if I eat excessive amounts of it, tuna is fine for me tho

Nah I look good lean. I look bad bloated. And as I said, it is possible for me to look lean if I really wanted to. I just want to look lean 24/7.

Maybe I still dont consume enough potassium. Its always underdosed and the one I use has one pill containing 15% of daily intake. So I just take 3 or 4 of them daily. Maybe that is not enough?

if ur using raids maybe try using masterone? It will work to make u dryer and its a pretty safe fish androgen, it can be risky for hair tho
 
Drunk only water and take water pills
Also cardio and fat burning pills

Nah it will rip hair. And my bloating didnt change now that Im using T. My skin is basically the same

Thx I read it, so there is no way around a high carb diet? So if you try to gain weight and eat in a caloric surplus, you would have to consume lots of fats to keep a caloric plus, would you even build muscle that way?
 
How many days a week do you do cardio?
 
I dont do any cardio atm.. i jog once every two weeks maybe.
That is a huge reason as to why your bloated, if your eating in a surplus especially from higher carb intake you should be doing cardio 3+ days a week, my favorite is the stairmaster, also creatine will not bloat you, it will actually give your muscles and denser look which is probably what your going for, I eat a lot of tilapia filets, not only are they nearly entirely lean protein, the healthy omegas have anti inflammatory properties, cold showers are actually not cope, they will help reduce inflammation in your face and all over your body, almost like a skin tightening effect, caffiene may be subtle but it definetly helps debloat, high potassium 100%, not just potassium but electrolyte balance in general is literally what controls how much water the body holds, a zero or low sugar sports drink should help with this. Drinking water is giga important, try to drink 3-4 liters a day. If your strictly talking about facial bloating, start sleeping with an elevated head, almost in a sitting position, if u sleep on your face your probably gonna wake up bloated. fish oil if u dont get enough omegas in diet. Stress and cortisol increase a hormone that controls water balance in the body, known as the antidiuretic hormone or ADH so take ksm-66 (ashwaganda extract). Eat your vegetables as well, broccoli and califlower have anti estrogenic properties. Then obviously dieretics are also designed to reduce water retention

you can lean bulk on low carb

dont drink water without adding potassium/sodium to it (magnesium is also good but less important)

get the lymph flowing, move every day, do light cardio, etc.

low inflammation is key = clean up your diet, no stress, good sleep, no blue light in the evenings, get outside in the sun with barefeet everyday,e tc.etc.

How much potassium would you recommend to supplement? Feel like my additional 50% daily intake with 3 pills is not enough. Why is this shit so underdosed on amazon anyway
