Girls don’t care about muscle
They care about your body proportions and to have good proportions you need some muscle mass, once you get past that you start looksminning with the gym.

It's one of the few places you can go to be around girls and get IOIs and maybe do an approach, not that I ever did an approach there, just saying.

If you eat a high protein diet, at around your maintenance you will have a fine amount of muscle mass

Vascularity is caused by genetics and being lean
 
But then why go to a gym, why not go for a walk in nature or something
the cardio from light exercise is completely different than intensive cardio. the intensity of cardio matters most in it
Cause you sweat out toxins, if you didn't have a shit diet you would have that level of brain function 24/7
it’s not from the toxins, it’s from the blood brain barrier function being increased by cardio

i think youd need to go to the gym / be active to first build the muscle mass, after you can just cut and be lean

It way easier to progressively overload your aerobic and anaerobic abilities in a gym which directly carry over to your looks, health and masc hormones, can go with friends and you can switch up what you do w diff machines so it doesnt get boring and lifeless as fuck
