do I have a good base or is it over? I been bulking but recently started a cut a week or two ago. I know I have to cut down (obviously) but what else? I’ve been regarded a cutecel but I honestly don’t know if I should be happy or mad cause cute isn’t what you usually call a guy.

Won't work really. Vermillion advancement is typically used to increase the lip's height rather than the width.

Mouth width wise, his only choice is Commisuroplasty. Only this procedure can work, but it's an overall experimental surgery that only a few clinics provide. Additionally, I haven't yet seen a result that was taken after the scarring had worn off.

With commissuroplasty though (I misspelled it, woops) you're quite limited as it seems to do little for the actual lip width, rather it just has the potential to change the corners of the mouth, increasing mouth width that way.

Your lips remain the same. Many people miss this fact.
