Won't work really. Vermillion advancement is typically used to increase the lip's height rather than the width.

Mouth width wise, his only choice is Commisuroplasty. Only this procedure can work, but it's an overall experimental surgery that only a few clinics provide. Additionally, I haven't yet seen a result that was taken after the scarring had worn off.

With commissuroplasty though (I misspelled it, woops) you're quite limited as it seems to do little for the actual lip width, rather it just has the potential to change the corners of the mouth, increasing mouth width that way.

Your lips remain the same. Many people miss this fact.

Consider clean bulking instead of dirty bulking, I hope frame is built now, now consider a cut and u got good basis, tuff hair, and you could easily appeal max, and reach pretty boy potential, hmtn potential if locked in
