please give me honest rating pls+irl) and failos + advice on what should I fix first (surgery included).

I have already 2 appointments ready in March to a maxillofacial/ortho surgeon and plastic surgeon (lower eye lids)
My only looksmax yet: I wear 1/2 inch lift (Depend own the shoes), accutane 5 mg 1/day, I’m getting a haircut very soon

Yeah I plan to groom my eyebrow by a beautician/barber

Idk rhino it’s expensive, plus the risk reward is not worth it in my case? The tip of my nose is only issue on my nose I think
