Fasting + calorie deficit is the easiest way imo

Don't eat, dead thread
 
gym 5 times a week, eat 500 calories below maintenance, do at least 30 mins of cardio, at least 150g of protein
and cut out sweet things and junk food, even diet soda, that shit raises your insulin and slows your progress
drink lots of water, i drink like 6 liters per day at least jfl
