gym, work out at your bodyfat for like a year then aggressivley cut see if your face is helped and ick cope through chewing falim gum and mewing they could help get a better hair cut thats essential and pray, you look like you have a while to grow

Nothing can really be done other than softmaxxes. Ur capped by dimorphism and pheno. Dimorphism is hard to change but u can try fillers and if you like the results go for implants and if theres any recession fix that first
