you need a wider mouth. Stretching your mouth supposedly works on some (i knew a guy who did it and had results). Theres also a commissuroplasty for that

no i dont think so
if your lower lip is actually thinner than ur upper while youre not sealing your lips, then fillers will be needed on ur lower lip
