thank you, and yea, i have improved my skin a lot, fixed my diet, started doing more cardio. I really appreciate this forum tbh. Also grew my hair out to cover my massive ears, I'll post updates when I feel like I look better.

Yeah the ear covering is a good idea if ears are flared out or big, my ears are also a bit bigger then avarage but not noticeable since they’re attached to the head kind of
