Give me tips to improve my facial looks

I’m a 20 year old male 6 foot 2 trying to improve my looks.

Any soft max suggestions? Hair facial hair etc

As for hard max suggestions I’m doing an otoplasty in two weeks. Any other suggestions?

Grow out your hair and use minox and stamping to fix your skin quality. Try bonesmashing too see if there are any results for you. Possibly consider colored contacts as well
