I'm drawing this heart, and I want it to be surrounded by either a spider web, or chains, but I don't know what to chose

Right, and it arranges me a lot too, because chains are such a pain in the ass to draw

I'd like the heart to be suspended in the air, held by this spider web. Do you think adding an arrow going through it would be good too? Maybe that would be too much
