but yes theres always room for improvement. the first picture is the best because you look the most lean and angular. stay at a low bfp and debloat.

an issue is the wider alar base and unideal lip width which throws off harmony a bit, but its not that bad since your craniofacial structure is already good

you could do both tbh. might be "overkill" but it depends on the surgeon. these are pretty cheap surgeries too so theres alot of surgeons that are willing to do both. find a good one and ask for his opinion

do you think i should also improve my radix via rhinoplasty cuz i dont have deep set eyes because of my radix.

do you think my mouth to nose ratio alongside my flared ears is my only failos or is there other ones. i wanted to get either chin implants or a mini chin wing, under eye fat grafting or implants, custom jaw implants, maybe cheekbone implants, rhino and commisuroplasty.

im unsure of what else i can get because ik im prob hard capped like mhtn or something like that
