I am:
1. 6 feet
2. 140 pounds
3. Bengali (bad fat composition but right now there's basically no belly, perhaps still very slight bloat on face due to South Asians having a common problem of needing to be very low body fat to get rid of facial fat)
4. Tall legs
5. Shoulders are not wide (so would love a boost here somehow)
5. 25 years old
I am trying to essentially become even leaner with more weight and muscle the FASTEST way possible WITHOUT hair loss.
I have looked into:
GH peptides
SARMS
Testosterone
Trenbolone
My workout plan currently is (for two weeks running so far): lift 6 days a week (for now body weight since gyms aren't open yet) and cardio 5 times a week for 30 minutes. I also have never consistently worked out for more than 4 months in my life. Only once have I worked out consistently and it was for 4 months.
I hope you guys can give me advice on what the best route to take is. Thank you.
