It depends on the guy, some guys look so nerdy and weak in the face that even with a muscular body, they look the same, but for other guys, getting muscular completely changes how they look and instead of looking weak and effeminate they look a lot more masculine after they get muscular. You have low sexual dimorphism which makes it easier for you to look feminine than to look masculine, while for the other 2 guys it's the opposite, they have higher levels of sexual dimorphism, so in their case, having long hair would make them look less feminine than you.

Your level of sexual dimorphism is mainly determined by your genetics through your phenotype, if the men in your family look very masculine, usually you'll look very masculine, but if they look very feminine, you will look very feminine.

Looking feminine makes you very unattractive to most women and you are more likely to get disrespected by other men because you look like a weak feminine man that can easily be dominated.
