Glasses are the biggest deal-breaker that can totally ruin your attractiveness
I have poor eyesight (-6), and I wear glasses that don’t suit my face (glasses that make me look old and nerdy; plus, the lenses were thick and made my eyes look smaller and less noticeable, aswell as hiding completely all my eye area). Despite that, I still looked “okay” but didn’t stand out.


My entire eye area is literally the best feature on my face (almond/hunter eye shape mix i'd say, good brow ridge, green/gray eyes, thick, dark eyebrows)— good striking features.

Since I switched to contact lenses, my life has literally changed: People don’t recognize me, and everyone I know , saying I’m “good-looking” without my glasses and that “I don’t look like the same person.”
(some strangers women outside complimented my eyes, made my day)


Having never received direct compliments on my attractiveness before, getting them now feels very strange to me. I was really happy, and I couldn’t believe how much of a difference a simple pair of eyewear could make , (Literally Clark Kent rofl.)
(a good stubble, and a proper hair styling sidepart helped me tho)


If you wear glasses, unless you have the right pair for your face—or are naturally really handsome, it would absolutely nuke your face.
If you have a trash eye area it might ascend you tho, still need the right pair.

I got contacts when i was in 8th grade, and i was still an incel till i was 15 y.o
They really do feel so much better tho, i remember crying because i could finally see without something constantly staying on my nose.(i was 13)

Also, I forgot to mention this, but it completely changed my perception of things

With my glasses (and even without them, because of my nearsightedness), I saw the world as smaller, and the proportions were very different. With contact lenses, not only is everything more pleasant to look at—including my peripheral vision—but you can also really see how people see you, and how you really see them; that’s very important
(also everything appear bigger)
