Glasses or contacts?

So I just got home from my ophthalmologist and got the results, went from a 4.75 and 5.5 to a fking 6.5, if my glasses were already bad now they are atrocious, should I get contacts? I lowkey fraud using glasses to hide my bad eye area but honestly now having a 6.5 prescription will make it even worse
What's the best thing to do?
